1. Sapa

Located at an altitude of 1600m above sea level, with average temperatures of 15 C degrees, Sapa is cool all year round. In winter, the city is often covered by clouds and cold weather; temperature is often quite low. For years, Sapa has been one of the rare places in Vietnam where visitors can enjoy a true winter with white frost covered trees, mountains, and romantic snow falling like in the fairy tale.
